Being still in relative infancy, the association is experimenting with different styles of gathering. Starting off with a full Black Tie dinner in 2007, which was preceeded by Evensong in Chapel, this model was used in 2010 and was extremely well attended on both occasions.
In 2008, the association met for a less formal gathering in the college's Cripp's Court. Those who could come along enjoyed a buffet followed by informal sing in the theatre, led by a number willing volunteers, in turn.
In 2009, the event travelled to London where it was made very welcome at St Luke's, Chelsea. There, members sang Evensong and afterwards enjoyed refreshments in the Vestry.
A full Black Tie dinner was again very well attended in 2012 and the association has since settled into the cycle of a triennial dinner in a similar form. Sign up now to attend the 2015 Black Tie Dinner on Saturday 14th November 2015.
